6 Week Strength and Conditioning Course

To be delivered in a group format, with a maximum of 10 people.
This is for anyone who wants to improve their ability on the bike. No matter what your level, these sessions can be accessed by anyone who wants to get stronger, get faster on your bike and be more resilient to injury. The sessions will be designed so you work at your own level.
The first 6 week block will focus on developing the correct exercise technique, improving neuromuscular pathways and strengthening connective tissues that will help you lift heavier in the future. We will assess your current capabilities through some bodyweight testing in the first session so you can see how you progress over the 6 weeks.

Week 1 - Assessment & bi-lateral strength
Weeks 2 & 3 - Mobility & bi-lateral strength
Weeks 4 & 5 - Mobility & uni-lateral strength
Week 6 - Assessment & uni-lateral strength
