Why me?

Having been a footballer for 10 years prior to my cycling days I have an excellent understanding in the value of team-based fitness conditioning form a player’s perspective. But, more importantly I have worked with several sports teams to deliver pre-season or annual plans. This experience as a player and coach will help me develop the best S&C programme for your team.
When working within team sports I am often reminded of a quote I heard years ago from a high level football coach, “the team’s fitness will never be solely responsible for winning a game, but it can be responsible for losing a game”.
