Consultation
We will discuss your team/group’s sport and performance objectives to get an idea of what you want to achieve and how I can help.
Assessment
Analysis of current training schedule, training history, athlete health & fitness levels. A testing battery will be completed to understand your groups strengths and areas for improvement.
Planning
Bespoke programming designed to your team/group’s training and competition schedule. Training sessions will be planned to target the key components of the team's fitness.
Coaching
Gym or field-based conditioning sessions will be delivered to your team/group at a suitable venue. This will be progressive and flexible to your requirements.
