From group consultation to progressive periodised training, this is a cost-effective and highly motivational approach that will get you results. Training is delivered in a gym or field-based environment.

Why me?
Over the course of my career I have consistently ran group training sessions for sports clubs, runners, fitness enthusiasts, students, and teachers. During my time as a personal training I have delivered 100s of group sessions, spin classes and conditioning classes. Using this experience I can create a vibrant, fun and engaging experience to deliver specific strength and conditioning activities and help you achieve your goals.

This is incredibly cost effective as you can spread the cost among you group. Pricing is bespoke depending on your requirements. Prices start at £30 per hour.
