Individualised Programming

Running Outdoors

This is online coaching for either the strength or endurance elements of your training, or both. I will work with you to design a training programme based around you and your goals. This includes analysis of your current capabilities, consultation, programming, bi-weekly programme reviews and ongoing communication.

Whether you are an elite runner, cyclist, swimmer or rower, or you simply want to complete your first marathon or sportive, this approach can help you get the results you want. This approach generally favours those with limited training time and need flexibility in their schedule.

Programmes will be provided via online training software, either Training Peaks or Today's Plan

The

Process

Consultation 

We will discuss your needs in relation to your sport/event and explore your short and long-term goals. This consultation will include an analysis of your training history, current health, lifestyle and fitness levels. 

Planning

I will design an individualised training plan in line with your goals. Plans will be presented via Training Peaks or ‘Todays Plan’, the training software used by Ineos and Bora Hansgrohe 

Support 

Scheduled bi-weekly calls to analyse your progress. Support will also be available throughout the programme via email/whatsapp.

 

If you need extra support, 121 sessions are also available
